Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

LOGO AND BRANDING MATERIALS

The organization must provide high-resolution logos and branding materials by April 25, 2025, to RCA via the provided form, for inclusion in promotional and event materials.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment for the chosen sponsorship tier must be made to Regina Caeli Inc. by April 25, 2025, via check or bank transfer to secure sponsorship benefits.


No advertisements on behalf of the organization or other terms of the sponsorship agreement will be fulfilled until full payment is received.

PROGRAM AD SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The following sponsorship levels will have the opportunity for an ad placement in our event program.

  • Co-Sponsor: 2 Full Page Ads

  • Diamond: 2 Full Page Ads

  • Platinum: 1 Full Page Ad

  • Gold: 1/2 Page Ad

  • Silver: 1/4 Page Ad

  • College Gold: 1 Full Page Ad

  • College Silver: 1/2 Page Ad

  • College Ad-Only: 1/2 Page Ad

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

No refunds or cancellations of sponsorship levels are allowed.

​

Exchanges are not permitted.

SUBMISSION DEADLINES

All video advertisements are due by April 20, 2025.

SPONSOR'S PROMOTIONAL OBLIGATIONS

The sponsor agrees to promote the Courage Under Fire Gala on their respective platforms by committing to run event-related advertisements or promotions at least three times on various platforms utilized by the organization before the event date.

EVENT PARTICIPATION

Booth setup for sponsors is allowed starting at 4 PM on May 23, 2025 - the day of the event and running until event closure.


VIP meet & greet entitles sponsors to one signed item and one professionally taken photograph by the provided photographer.

No phones, bags, cameras, or other picture-taking devices are allowed at

the VIP meet and greet.

VENDING OR SELLING

The Courage Under Fire Gala does not permit vending, selling, or the

distribution of products/services by sponsors during the event.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

The sponsor acknowledges that Regina Caeli Inc. will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from their participation in the event and agrees to hold the organizers harmless from any liabilities.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Regina Caeli Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and

conditions of the sponsorship agreement with mutual consent.

GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes or disagreements arising from this agreement shall be governed by the state of Tennesee.
