There is the Magnolia Parking lot near the main entrance of the conference center. Additionally, valet parking is available at the hotel for $52 per day.
Valet parking will be available at the Magnolia entrance at the main conference center grand entry.
Black Tie optional. Wedding attire required.
Rooms for Friday night are available at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Conference Center. Our hotel block is sold out, but you can contact Opryland directly to book their stay at the current rates. Reference Regina Caeli Academy and/or Courage Under Fire event for the room block and event info.
Additional rooms are available at Opryland Inn across the street from Opryland. There are shuttles that run every 15 minutes.

The VIP Private Event with Fr. Mike Schmitz! VIPs have exclusive access to an hour with Fr. Mike Schmitz. Have a convo with him and grab a professional photo courtesy of Regina Caeli Academy. Mingle with VIPs in our VIP Lounge. Hors’ d'oeuvres and open bar included. Access to the VIP Lounge all Friday for meetings, meet ups, and more perks to come! Limited spots available.
The VIP Meet and Greet Experience! VIPs have exclusive access to the one hour Meet and Greet with our guest speakers and several VIPs. Get your photo taken on our red carpet and with our star studded lineup and get an item signed. Fr. Mike Schmitz will join the photo line for the last half hour. Grab a drink and listen to our featured musical artist and Regina Caeli Academy student, Christabel Wilson, who will grace us with live music throughout the event. You don’t want to miss this experience! Limited tickets available.
